Balloons and Opportunity (Globos y Oportunidad) is a nonprofit program empowering women in Panama through sponsor-funded balloon décor training. Our first cohort has completed the program, and the journey is just beginning.
We provide structured balloon décor training designed to equip women with practical skills, build creative confidence, and open pathways to income—creating opportunities that extend beyond the classroom and into their futures.
Participants learn foundational balloon décor techniques, including structure, sizing, design, and installation skills that can be used for real events and future business opportunities.
Through guided instruction and hands-on practice, women gain confidence in their abilities and begin to see new possibilities for themselves and their families.
Our sponsor-funded model removes barriers to access and helps women in Panama gain exposure to a creative, income-generating skill in a supportive learning environment.
